Meditation is a powerful practice of presence — a chance to quiet the noise of the mind, reconnect with your breath, and cultivate inner peace. It can be offered as a standalone session for deep mental clarity and stress relief or seamlessly woven into all yoga offerings, where each pose becomes a moving meditation. Whether practiced on its own or paired with yoga, meditation invites stillness, balance, and a profound sense of calm.

Experience a deeply intuitive approach to energetic restoration through a blend of Reiki, chakra balancing, crystal healing, and psychic/angelic guidance. Each session supports emotional release, energetic alignment, and spiritual connection, using gentle hands-on or hands-above techniques, crystals, and intuitive messages to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded. Angel readings and angel-guided meditations offer additional clarity and comfort, while Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) will be available beginning February 2026 for those seeking deeper transformation and release.

Enhance your healing experience with pure, therapeutic essential oils chosen intentionally to support relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system harmony. Whether used on their own or blended into your yoga, energy healing, or sound healing sessions, aromatherapy offers a gentle, plant-based way to deepen your sense of calm, connection, and overall well-being.

Sound healing uses the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to bring the nervous system into a state of harmony. A sound bath immerses you in waves of calming sound, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and encourage deep rest. These sessions can stand alone as a meditative, full-body experience or be combined with yoga, energy healing, or aromatherapy sessions to create a multi-sensory journey into stillness and restoration.

My approach to astrology is less about tracking every cosmic shift and more about exploring the energetic qualities and intuitive themes expressed through each zodiac sign. I don’t use astrology to define or limit who you are — instead, I illuminate the currents of energy you may resonate with, helping you feel more connected to yourself and others. Through birth chart readings and zodiac-inspired gatherings like astrological wine tastings, I focus on the energetic essence behind each sign to create experiences that feel grounding, uplifting, and deeply human.

Find inner peace in this calming, 60-minute class that blends Restorative Yoga with hands-on Reiki. You'll be guided through a series of fully supported, beginner-friendly poses held for several minutes at a time—inviting your body to release tension and your nervous system to reset. Throughout class, expect optional hands-on Reiki energy healing and light therapeutic touch to enhance relaxation, balance your energy, and support holistic well-being. Class ends in an extended (15-20 minutes) savasana meditation. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are and receive.
