Meditation is a powerful practice of presence — a chance to quiet the noise of the mind, reconnect with your breath, and cultivate inner peace. It can be offered as a standalone session for deep mental clarity and stress relief or seamlessly woven into all yoga offerings, where each pose becomes a moving meditation. Whether practiced on its own or paired with yoga, meditation invites stillness, balance, and a profound sense of calm.
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that helps clear energetic blockages and restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. During a session, I use light touch or hands just above the body to channel calming, restorative energy. Reiki can be a standalone service for deep emotional and energetic healing or thoughtfully integrated into yoga sessions for an added layer of support, helping you leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.
Sound healing uses the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to bring the nervous system into a state of harmony. A sound bath immerses you in waves of calming sound, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and encourage deep rest. These sessions can stand alone as a meditative, full-body experience or be combined with yoga or Reiki to create a multi-sensory journey into stillness and restoration.

Find inner peace in this calming, 60-minute class that blends Restorative Yoga with hands-on Reiki. You'll be guided through a series of fully supported, beginner-friendly poses held for several minutes at a time—inviting your body to release tension and your nervous system to reset. Throughout class, expect optional hands-on Reiki energy healing and light therapeutic touch to enhance relaxation, balance your energy, and support holistic well-being. Class ends in an extended (15-20 minutes) savasana meditation. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are and receive.

Unwind with a calming, 60-minute Yin Yoga class designed to gently stretch the body and soothe the nervous system. Postures are held for several minutes with full support, allowing time for rest, release, and inner stillness. Affirmations are woven throughout the class, offering powerful invitations for self-reflection, emotional healing, and deep connection to self. Expect optional aromatherapy and a meditative atmosphere to help you soften, ground, and return to your center. Class ends in an extended (15-20 minutes) savasana meditation. No prior experience needed—just come as you are and receive.
